How to measure

  • Height: Stand in socks with feet together and your back against a wall. Measure from the floor to the top of your head.
  • Chest: With arms relaxed, measure around the fullest part of the chest. Keep the tape level.
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of the waist, keeping the tape horizontal.
  • Hips: Measure around the fullest part of the hips, keeping the tape level.
