How to measure

Chest: Relax your arms at your sides and measure around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape level.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape horizontal.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape level.
Arm length: Bend your elbow to 90 degrees and place your hand on your hip. Measure from the center back of your neck, across your shoulder, over your elbow, and down to your wrist.
