Returns & exchanges
Alafia Cast Co gear is printed to order. All sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.
Defects, damage, wrong item
If something arrives defective, damaged in transit, or wrong vs what you ordered, use the contact form within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll help get a replacement (or a refund when a replacement doesn’t make sense) through our fulfillment partner.
Lost packages
Domestic: report within 30 days of ship date if tracking has gone quiet. International: within 45 days.
